PROCLAMATION NO. 360

: The Office of the Presidential Adviser on the Peace Process and the Government of the Republic of the Philippines (GRP) Panel for Peace Talks with the CPP-NPA-NDF were directed to cancel all peace talks and meetings.
: The government cited the failure of the NDF-CPP-NPA to show sincerity and commitment in pursuing genuine and meaningful peace negotiations, as they engaged in acts of violence and hostilities, endangering lives and properties of innocent people.
: The government aims to achieve a secure and progressive nation by attaining just and lasting peace, ensuring durable security, public order, safety, and protecting and developing communities in conflict-affected areas.
: The government aims to negotiate and implement peace agreements with all internal armed conflict groups while ensuring protection and development of conflict-affected and vulnerable communities.
: The peace negotiations terminated are with the National Democratic Front (NDF), Communist Party of the Philippines (CPP), and The New People's Army (NPA) including all its adjuncts and organizational units.
: Proclamation No. 360 was signed on November 23, 2017, in the City of Manila.
: Salvador C. Medialdea signed the proclamation as the Executive Secretary.
