All assets, real and personal, personnel, records, liabilities, or obligations of these campuses shall be transferred to the Davao del Norte State College.

The law respects the positions, rights, and security of tenure of faculty members and personnel employed prior to the integration to the Davao del Norte State College under existing laws.

Republic Act No. 8292, also known as the Higher Education Modernization Act of 1997, forms part of this Act and serves as the governing charter of the College.

The amount necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

The Act took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.

All parcels of land belonging to the government occupied by these campuses are declared the property of the Davao del Norte State College and shall be titled under that name.

The land shall revert to the concerned local government unit or to the Republic of the Philippines, as the case may be.

The remaining parts or provisions not affected shall remain in full force and effect.
