No. Section 1 expressly states that Bayugan’s legal existence is not affected in any manner.
Barangay Sibagat.
It provides a route-based boundary description starting from the intersection of specified provincial boundaries, then following named boundary lines and roads/landmarks (e.g., Old Bayugan, Cabadbaran, Butuan City, Las Nieves, Agusan-Davao National Road, Wawa Bridge) until returning to the starting point.
