The plebiscite shall be held simultaneously with the general elections of 1963 for the purpose of voting on the creation of Pioduran.
The Act was approved on June 22, 1963. This is the date the law was enacted, but its effectivity still depends on the plebiscite requirement under Section 3.
A majority of all the voters in the barrios enumerated in the Act must vote in favor of the creation of the Municipality of Pioduran.
