An Act Creating the Municipality of Antipas in the Province of North Cotabato.
The barangays of Antipas, Camutan, Dolores, Kiyab, Luhong, Magsaysay, Malangag, Malatab, and New Pontevedra.
The approval of the majority of the votes cast in a plebiscite held in the Municipality of Matalam, Province of North Cotabato.
The present site of Barangay Antipas.
The President (Prime Minister) of the Philippines.
They hold office at the pleasure of the President (Prime Minister), or until their successors shall have been elected in the next general elections for local officials.
Within one hundred twenty (120) days from the approval of the Act.
The Commission on Elections (COMELEC).
The expenses shall be paid out of appropriations provided by the local government unit concerned.
It took effect upon its approval on October 14, 1980.
The municipality is bounded starting from the junction of Kadauman Creek and Arakan River, following Arakan River upstream to boundary points of specified lots, continuing through lot roads, Malire Creek, Camutan Creek, and other landmarks including Dalapuan River and Kinilid Creek, returning to the point of origin.
