The sitios of Nayong Silangan, Aba Homes, Dalig, and Tipolo, all in Barangay San Jose, Municipality of Antipolo, Province of Rizal, are separated to form Barangay Dalig.
The new barangay created is called Barangay Dalig.
Barangay Dalig is located in the Municipality of Antipolo, Province of Rizal.
Barangay Dalig includes the area bounded by NaAntipolo-Teresa National Road, Municipality of Teresa, municipalities of Teresa and Angono, and the Antipolo-Darangan Road.
A plebiscite must be held in the affected area, and a majority of votes cast must ratify the creation of Barangay Dalig within 120 days from the approval of this Act.
The President of the Philippines shall appoint the first officials of Barangay Dalig.
They will hold office until their successors have been elected and qualified in the next regular barangay election.
The Commission on Elections (COMELEC) shall conduct and supervise the plebiscite.
The expenses shall be charged to the appropriations of the Commission on Elections provided in the current annual General Appropriations Act for plebiscites.
The Act shall take effect upon its approval.
