PD No. 828 creates the Office of the Court Administrator in the Supreme Court to assist the Court in exercising its power of administrative supervision over all courts, and provides for funding and related matters.

The Chief is the Court Administrator, assisted by three (3) Deputy Court Administrators.
The Court Administrator has the same rank, privileges, and compensation as those of the Presiding Justice of the Court of Appeals.
Each Deputy Court Administrator has the same rank, privileges, and compensation as those of Associate Justices of the Court of Appeals.
They are appointed by the Chief Justice.
They must have the same qualifications as Justices of the Court of Appeals.
They serve until they reach age 65 or become incapacitated to discharge duties. They may also be removed or relieved for just cause by a vote of not less than eight (8) Justices of the Supreme Court.
Yes. The Chief Justice may appoint or detail any member of the Judiciary with proper qualifications to the positions of Court Administrator or Deputy Court Administrator.
No. They are not deemed to have relinquished their judicial position and do not lose seniority, precedence, benefits, or privileges. Their service is continuous and uninterrupted.
It must be filed with the Office of the Clerk of Court of the Supreme Court and entered upon its records.
Their salaries shall not be decreased during their continuance in office.
Court Administrator: P56,400.00. Each Deputy Court Administrator: P52,400.00.

Yes. The Chief Justice may create offices, services, divisions, and other units and adopt staffing patterns needed, subject to position titles and salaries being in accordance with the Judiciary Position Classification and Pay Plans.
They belong to the classified service and are governed by the Civil Service Law, except those whose positions are highly technical or primarily confidential.
P2,000,000.00 (or so much thereof as may be necessary) is appropriated. Appropriations for succeeding fiscal years are included in the Annual General Appropriations Decree.
All laws, decrees, and orders inconsistent with its provisions are repealed or modified accordingly.
It takes effect immediately.
