The PC Metropolitan Command operates in the Cities of Manila, Quezon, Caloocan, and Pasay; the Municipalities of Marikina, Pasig, Makati, Mandaluyong, San Juan, Parañaque, Las Piñas, Navotas, and Malabon in Rizal Province; and other suburban municipalities as directed by the Chief of Constabulary.
The command headquarters is located at Camp Crane, Quezon City.
The Chief of Constabulary is responsible for providing all necessary officers, personnel, and equipment for the PC Metropolitan Command and may direct the establishment of subordinate headquarters.
The METROCOM-Rizal Police Highway Patrol, a special mobile force composed of PC vehicles and police cars contributed by the cities, municipalities, and Province of Rizal.
It operates within the entire Greater Manila area without regard to city or municipal boundaries.
They must extend their full support and assistance to the PC Metropolitan Command and take immediate steps to carry out the purposes of the Executive Order.
