The MOLE Zonal Extension Office exercises original and exclusive jurisdiction over labor cases arising within the Bataan Export Processing Zone.

The MOLE Zonal Extension Office operates under the immediate supervision of the MOLE Regional Director in Region III.

The MOLE Zonal Extension Office is headed by an Assistant Regional Director who is provided with necessary staff support to carry out the Ministry's programs and projects in the Zone.

The staff are entitled to free quarters within the MOLE Zonal Extension Office Building, incentive allowances not exceeding fifty percent of their annual salary, and other emoluments as allowed by the Office of Budget and Management.

Close coordination is mandated concerning their policies to pursue their respective objectives effectively.

At least one motor vehicle shall be provided to the MOLE Zonal Extension Office.

An amount of One Million Pesos (P1,000,000.00) is authorized for its operations.

All laws, decrees, orders, rules, and regulations or parts thereof inconsistent with the provisions of this Executive Order are repealed or modified accordingly.
