Republic Act No. 11385 is an act creating an additional branch of the Regional Trial Court in the Municipality of Bongabong and four additional branches of the Municipal Trial Court in the municipalities of Bansud, Bulalacao, Gloria, and Mansalay, all in the Province of Oriental Mindoro.
The newly created courts under RA 11385 belong to the Fourth Judicial Region of the Philippines.
The Act creates one additional branch of the Regional Trial Court to be stationed in Bongabong, Oriental Mindoro, and four additional branches of the Municipal Trial Courts to be stationed in the municipalities of Bansud, Bulalacao, Gloria, and Mansalay in Oriental Mindoro.
The Supreme Court shall assign the respective branch numbers of the newly created branches of the Regional Trial Court and Municipal Trial Courts in the Fourth Judicial Region.
The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall immediately include in the Court's program the operationalization of the newly created court branches.
The funds necessary for the operation of the courts created by RA 11385 shall be appropriated and released only upon the actual organization of the court and the appointment of its personnel.
Sections 14 (e) and 30 of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129, otherwise known as 'The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980,' were amended by RA 11385.
RA 11385 took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
Section 14 (e) and Section 30 regulate the creation and organization of courts; RA 11385 amended these provisions to include the creation of the new Regional Trial Court branch in Bongabong and four Municipal Trial Court branches in Oriental Mindoro.
All laws, rules, and regulations which are inconsistent with RA 11385 are amended, repealed, or modified accordingly by the Act.
