Three (3) additional branches were created.

The Supreme Court has the authority to assign the branch numbers for the new branches.

The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall include in the Court's program the operationalization of the three additional branches and ensure funding is included in the Annual General Appropriations Act.

Funds shall be appropriated and released only upon the actual organization of the courts and the appointment of personnel.

Section 14, Paragraph (d) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129 was amended.

They are amended, repealed, or modified accordingly to be consistent with RA 10713.

It took effect fifteen (15) days after its complete publication in two newspapers of general circulation.

It was approved by the President of the Philippines, Benigno S. Aquino III.
