RA 10546 creates one (1) additional Regional Trial Court branch for Cotabato City, Maguindanao, with its seat/station in Cotabato City, in the Twelfth Judicial Region.
The additional RTC branch is created in the Twelfth Judicial Region.
The Supreme Court is tasked to assign the branch number.
They coordinate to immediately include the implementation of the Act in the Court’s program.

The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after completion of its publication in the Official Gazette or in two (2) newspapers of general circulation.

It conditions the release of appropriations on readiness of the court and staffing, ensuring the new branch becomes operational before money is released.
