Republic Act No. 11294 is an Act creating a barangay to be known as Barangay Masao in the Municipality of Tungawan, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay.
Barangay Masao is bounded on the North by Barangay Baluran; on the East by Sibuguey Bay; on the South and Southwest by Barangay Libertad; and along part of its boundary by Barangay Timbabauan, all within the Municipality of Tungawan, Zamboanga Sibugay.
