It converts the Pilar Productivity Development High School in the Municipality of Pilar, Province of Sorsogon into a national high school known as Pilar National Comprehensive High School.
The school is to be known as Pilar National Comprehensive High School.
Section 2 (Transfer of Assets and Liabilities) provides that all personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the former high school are transferred to and absorbed by the newly converted national high school.
The Secretary of Education is responsible for immediately including the operationalization of the school in the Department’s program.
The initial funding is charged against the current year’s appropriations of the Pilar Productivity Development High School.
Thereafter, the amount necessary for continued operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
