The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriation of the Lawa National High School-Nueva Villa Extension.

The amount necessary for continued operation shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.

Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the approval of the Act.

It takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
