The main purpose of Republic Act No. 11330 is to convert the Dinaig Municipal Hospital in the Municipality of Datu Odin Sinsuat, Province of Maguindanao, into a fifty (50)-bed capacity district hospital now known as the Datu Odin Sinsuat District Hospital, and to upgrade its facilities and professional health care services.
The new name of the Dinaig Municipal Hospital is the Datu Odin Sinsuat District Hospital.
The Datu Odin Sinsuat District Hospital is authorized to have a fifty (50)-bed capacity.
The Department of Health, in coordination with the Department of Budget and Management and the Civil Service Commission, shall determine the additional positions to be created pursuant to this Act.
The Provincial Government of Maguindanao shall continue to provide funding for the Datu Odin Sinsuat District Hospital.
The Secretary of Health is mandated to include support for the capital outlay requirements of the Datu Odin Sinsuat District Hospital in the Department of Health's subsidy program.
If any provision or part of the Act is declared unconstitutional, the remaining parts or provisions not affected shall remain in full force and effect.
All other laws, decrees, orders, issuances, rules and regulations, or parts thereof which are inconsistent with this Act are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.
The Act took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in any newspaper of general circulation.
Republic Act No. 11330 was approved by President Rodrigo Roa Duterte on April 17, 2019.
