The Congress of the Philippines, through Republic Act No. 3650 enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives.
Three hundred fifty thousand pesos.
Out of any funds in the National Treasury not otherwise appropriated.
Fiscal year nineteen hundred sixty-four.
Thereafter, such sums as may be needed for its operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Acts.
Future funding is not fixed by the Act; it must be provided through the annual General Appropriations Acts.
It shall take effect upon its approval.
