: Republic Act No. 7912 is titled 'An Act Converting the Cauayan Rural High School in the Municipality of Cauayan, Province of Isabela, into a College to be Known as the Cauayan Polytechnic College, and Appropriating Funds Therefor.'
: It converts the Cauayan Rural High School in the Municipality of Cauayan, Province of Isabela, into a college to be known as the Cauayan Polytechnic College.
: It is located in the Municipality of Cauayan, Province of Isabela.
: The college shall offer undergraduate and graduate courses in education, agriculture, forestry, engineering, arts and sciences, non-degree technical-industrial courses, and other degree courses as may be necessary.
: The college shall be under the administration and supervision of the Commission on Higher Education (CHED).
: The college shall be headed by a vocational college superintendent.
: The CHED chairperson is directed to take the necessary steps for the conversion and operation of the college and for the effective implementation of the Act.
: All personnel, records, assets, and liabilities of the Cauayan Rural High School are transferred to and absorbed by the Cauayan Polytechnic College.
: All laws, decrees, orders, rules and regulations, and other issuances inconsistent with this Act are repealed or modified accordingly.
: The Act took effect fifteen (15) days after the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette.
