The CHED chairperson is directed to take the necessary steps for the conversion and operation of the college and for the effective implementation of the Act.
All personnel, records, assets, and liabilities of the Cauayan Rural High School are transferred to and absorbed by the Cauayan Polytechnic College.
All laws, decrees, orders, rules and regulations, and other issuances inconsistent with this Act are repealed or modified accordingly.
The Act took effect fifteen (15) days after the completion of its publication in the Official Gazette.
