The main purpose of Republic Act No. 10238 is to convert the Calabanga National High School in the Municipality of Calabanga, Province of Camarines Sur, into a National Science High School to be known as Calabanga National Science High School.
All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Calabanga National High School are transferred to and absorbed by the newly established Calabanga National Science High School.
The Secretary of Education is responsible for including the operationalization of Calabanga National Science High School in the Department's program.
The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Calabanga National High School.
The amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Republic Act No. 10238 took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
