Republic Act No. 10238

: The main purpose of Republic Act No. 10238 is to convert the Calabanga National High School in the Municipality of Calabanga, Province of Camarines Sur, into a National Science High School to be known as Calabanga National Science High School.
: All personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Calabanga National High School are transferred to and absorbed by the newly established Calabanga National Science High School.
: The Secretary of Education is responsible for including the operationalization of Calabanga National Science High School in the Department's program.
: The initial funding shall be charged against the current year's appropriations of the Calabanga National High School.
: The amount necessary for the continued operation of the school shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
: Republic Act No. 10238 took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette.
: Republic Act No. 10238 was approved on October 29, 2012.
