: The purpose of the construction is to build a two-storey livelihood training center for the Filipino War Veterans Foundation, Inc. (FILVETS) to benefit war veterans and their dependents.
: The Armed Forces of the Philippines Corps of Engineers (AFP COE) was directed to undertake the construction.
: The center is to be constructed at 22 BCDA Phase 2, Diego Silang Village, Ususan, Taguig, Metro Manila.
: The AFP Corps of Engineers is engaged in civil works projects, has the technical capability to undertake the project, and is willing to complement FILVETS' efforts for project implementation.
