The Armed Forces of the Philippines is ordered to construct a 2-storey training center building for war veterans in Taguig City, in accordance with the constitutional provision to provide care and assistance to veterans and their dependents.

Section 7, Article XVI of the 1987 Constitution, which provides that the State shall provide immediate and adequate care, benefits, and other forms of assistance to war veterans and veterans of military campaigns, their surviving spouses and/or orphans.

To direct the AFP Corps of Engineers to undertake the construction of the 2-storey livelihood training center building of the Filipino War Veterans Foundation, Inc. (FILVETS) in Taguig City.

At 22 BCDA Phase 2, Diego Silang Village, Ususan, Taguig, Metro Manila.

A two (2) storey livelihood training center building.

The AFP Corps of Engineers (AFPCOE).

FILVETS requested the AFP, through the AFP Corps of Engineers, to undertake the construction.
