Adopted on 25 April 2005.
Applicants must place their application documents in folders whose color corresponds to the specific type of application filed, to allow easy identification of documents by the Board and its Regional Offices.

AO1 — Lemon Yellow.
AO2 — Dark Brown.
AO3 — Light Blue.

All documents must be fastened to the folder, and all attachments must be properly marked and tabbed corresponding to the numbers on the Checklist/Requirement Form.
