PRESIDENTIAL DECREE NO. 1563

: After the conversion, the school is officially known as the Lantapan National High School.
: The Central Mindanao University-Barangay Development School in Barangay Balila, Municipality of Lantapan, Province of Bukidnon.
: The Lantapan National High School shall be under the supervision of the Department of Education, Culture and Sports.
: Republic Act No. 8649 took effect upon its approval, which lapsed into law on May 30, 1998.
: Section 2 provides that the amount necessary to carry out the provisions of the Act shall be included in the General Appropriations Act of the year following its enactment into law and thereafter.
: The Act lapsed into law without the signature of the President in accordance with Article VI, Section 27(1) of the 1987 Philippine Constitution.
: The Act was enacted by both the Senate and the House of Representatives of the Philippines.
: The General Appropriations Act allocates the necessary funds to implement the provisions of Republic Act No. 8649 starting the year following its enactment and thereafter.
: It is located in Barangay Balila, Municipality of Lantapan, Province of Bukidnon.
: The purpose of the Act is to convert the Central Mindanao University-Barangay Development School into a national high school to be known as the Lantapan National High School and to appropriate funds for this purpose.
