CDC's Public Safety Department offers optional Police Clearances for Filipino citizens, facilitating pre-employment verification with a processing fee of Php30.00 and specific document requirements.

It authorizes/introduces the CDC’s Public Safety Department (PSD) service of issuing Police Clearances for optional derogatory verification of persons, limited to Filipino citizens, for pre-employment or other legal purposes.

To confirm identity and eligibility requirements while providing a documented copy for processing/record purposes.

It is one of the supporting documents used to verify the applicant’s background for the purpose of derogatory verification.
