Question & AnswerQ&A (DOLE DEPARTMENT ORDER NO. 3-F)
Booking Confirmation is a document prepared by the Licensed Agency specifying the Performing Artist or Members of the Performing Artist Group contracted by an accredited foreign principal. It serves as the covering document of the individual employment contracts and must be verified and authenticated.
All artists who will be performing individually or as members of a group are covered by a Booking Confirmation.
The Booking Confirmation must include: Name of Licensed Agency, Name of Authorized Training Center, Name and composition of the Performing Artists Group, Name of the Performing Artist/s, Name of Performance Venue, Name of Foreign Principal's Company, its President/Owner, POEA Accreditation No., Signatures of Licensed Agency President/General Manager, Foreign Principal, Talent Manager/s, and the Artist/s, and the Gross Salary.
The Booking Confirmation is valid for four (4) months starting from the date the Licensed Agency submits the artist’s complete documents to the foreign principal.
If the artist is not deployed within the validity period, the foreign principal forfeits the guarantee money in favor of the artist. The Licensed Agency shall then give the corresponding amount to each artist after the fourth month, and the artist may withdraw from the booking.
