The Secretary of the DOH shall immediately include the implementation of the Act in the DOH program, with the funding included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
It takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in a newspaper of general circulation.
If any provision is declared unconstitutional, the remaining unaffected parts remain in full force and effect.
All laws, executive orders, issuances, rules and regulations inconsistent with RA 11719 are modified accordingly.
