To authorize the Director of Lands to subdivide lands within military reservations owned by the Republic that are no longer needed for military purposes, and to dispose of such lands by sale subject to specified conditions.
The Director of Lands. The lands within military reservations must be declared by the President as no longer needed for military purposes.
Lands within military reservations belonging to the Republic of the Philippines that may be declared by the President as no longer needed for military purposes.
