It applies to the Department of Mindanao and Sulu.
For combating epidemic diseases—₱6,000; for construction and equipment of an operating room and screening of windows of wards in the Lanao Public Hospital—₱4,000; for completing the construction and equipment of a hospital for contagious diseases at Zamboanga—₱13,000; for completing the construction and equipment of the Cotabato Public Hospital—₱6,000; for repairing the public building where Dr. Jose Rizal was confined at Dapitan and equipping a portion as a public dispensary and ward (Rizal Memorial Hospital)—₱5,000; for continuing the work of improvement of Rizal Memorial Park at Dapitan—₱5,000.
The total amount is ₱39,000.
The appropriated sum shall be available for their respective purposes until expended.
Any remaining balances shall be returned to the Insular Treasury to the account of unappropriated funds.
Balances remaining upon completion of the specified projects must be reverted (covered back) into the Insular Treasury as unappropriated funds.
