The Governor-General, whenever the public interest may require it, and subject to such conditions as he may desire to impose.

It shall have the same territory as before its consolidation with Camarines Sur for the organization of the present Province of Ambos Camarines.

It provides two election districts: (1) First District municipalities: Cabusao, Canaman, Camaligan, Gainza, Libmanan, Lupi, Magarao, Milaor, Minalabag, Naga, Pamplona, Pasacao, Ragay, San Fernando, Sipocot; and (2) Second District municipalities: Eaao, Buhi, Bula, Bato, Caramoan, Goa, Iriga, Lagonoy, Nabua, Pili, Sagnay, San Jose, Siruma, Tigaon, Tinambac.

The provincial governor of Camarines Sur: P4,500 annually; provincial treasurer: P4,200 annually; provincial fiscal: P4,000 annually.

They shall be distributed equitably between the two provinces in a manner recommended by the Insular Auditor and approved by the Governor-General.

All Acts or parts of Acts inconsistent with the provisions of Act No. 2809 are repealed.
