RA 3815 aims to further amend certain sections of the Charter of the City of Baguio to provide a new schedule of salaries for Baguio City officials.
It amends Sections 2545-A and 2561 of the Revised Administrative Code, as amended.
The Mayor shall receive fourteen thousand pesos per annum.
The Vice-Mayor shall receive twelve thousand pesos per annum.

Both the city assessor and superintendent of public utilities receive twelve thousand pesos each per annum.

There shall be three assistant city attorneys: First assistant (nine thousand pesos per annum), Second assistant (seven thousand two hundred pesos per annum), and Third assistant (five thousand four hundred pesos per annum).
They are entitled to free limited city services as provided for in a city ordinance regulating the use of free city services to city employees.
No. Section 3 provides that incumbent heads and assistant heads of offices and other officials occupying affected positions shall continue in their positions and receive the salary increases without the necessity of any new appointment.
It shall take effect upon its approval.
The Act was enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the Philippines in Congress assembled.
It structures salaries by categorizing officials and specifying amounts per category under Section 2545-A, and separately setting compensation for assistant city attorneys under Section 2561.
