DAR Administrative Order No. 10, series of 1997, is titled as Amendments to Administrative Order No. 7, series of 1997, entitled 'Omnibus Rules and Procedures Governing Conversion of Agricultural Lands to Non-Agricultural Uses.'
For applications filed with the Regional Offices of the DAR or the Regional CLUPPI for land areas of five hectares or below, the fixed fee is P 1,000.00 and there is no variable fee.
The fixed fee for applications filed with the CLUPPI is P 2,000.00. Additional fees are: P 10,000 for areas in Mindanao, P 7,000 for areas in the Visayas, and P 4,000 for areas in Luzon.
The provisions of this Administrative Order apply to all applications filed with the DAR on or after its effectivity date. Applications pending with the DAR before its effectivity are governed by the pertinent administrative orders or issuances in force at the time of filing except for the procedure provided under this Guideline which applies to all pending applications.
The repealing clause states that this Administrative Order repeals A.O. 12, series of 1994, and all other issuances not consistent with this order. However, the provisions of Memorandum Circular No. 09, series of 1997 shall remain valid.
This Administrative Order shall retroact to the date of effectivity of Administrative Order No. 7, series of 1997.
