Republic Act No. 10524 is an Act expanding the positions reserved for persons with disability, amending for the purpose Republic Act No. 7277, also known as the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability.
It amends Section 5 to increase and clarify the reservation of at least one percent (1%) of all positions in all government agencies, offices, or corporations for persons with disability, and encourages private corporations with more than 100 employees to do the same.
