Republic Act No. 10577

: Republic Act No. 10577 is an act creating two additional branches of the Regional Trial Court in the Ninth Judicial Region to be stationed at the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, amending the Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980, and appropriating funds for this purpose.
: Two (2) additional Regional Trial Court branches were created.
: The new branches are located in the Municipality of Ipil, Province of Zamboanga Sibugay, Ninth Judicial Region.
: The Supreme Court assigns the respective branch numbers for the newly created branches.
: Section 14(j) of Batas Pambansa Blg. 129 (The Judiciary Reorganization Act of 1980) is amended by RA 10577.
: The Chief Justice, in coordination with the Secretary of the Department of Justice, shall immediately include in the Court's program the implementation of the Act.
: The Act takes effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or in two newspapers of general circulation.
: All provisions inconsistent with RA 10577 are deemed repealed, modified, and/or further amended.
: The Senate approved it on October 15, 2012, and the House of Representatives on February 6, 2013.
: Funds shall be appropriated and released only upon the actual organization of the Courts and the appointment of its personnel.
