EO No. 652-B amends EO No. 652 (s. 2007) to include the Chairman of COCOPEA as a representative from the private sector to the Presidential Task Force to Assess, Plan and Monitor the Entire Educational System.

EO No. 652-A included the Chairman of the Professional Regulation Commission as a member of the Task Force.
The President appoints/designates the six (6) private sector representatives.
It cited Section 17, Article VII of the Constitution, which provides that the President has control of all executive departments, bureaus, and offices and ensures faithful execution of laws.
It cited paragraph 2, Section 31, Chapter 10, Title III, Book III of Executive Order No. 292 (Administrative Code of 1987), granting continuing authority to reorganize the administrative structure of the Office of the President and transfer functions.
All executive issuances inconsistent with EO No. 652-B are repealed or amended accordingly.
It takes effect immediately.
