The new tables I to IX supersede the previous tables I to VII in the respective sections of MC No. 19-A, S. 1992.

They apply to all new applications for registration and those still pending evaluation at the PSD cosmetic section.

Yes, all other standards and requirements not inconsistent with this order remain effective unless further amended.
