The primary purpose is to amend Section 4 of Ordinance No. 92, Series of 2013 to increase the allocations for participating barangays from fines collected for infractions and provide additional benefits to Task Force Disiplina members.

Task Force Disiplina is the central implementing body of all ordinances and regulations within Valenzuela City.

Deputized barangay personnel assist Task Force Disiplina in implementing ordinances and regulations within their respective barangays.

All fines collected solely by Task Force Disiplina organic personnel fully accrue to the City Government of Valenzuela.

One percent (1%) of the fines are allocated to the City Government of Valenzuela, and ninety-nine percent (99%) go to the respective barangay where the infraction was committed.

Seventy percent (70%) shall be allocated to the Office of the City Mayor, and thirty percent (30%) to the authorized private individual.

Participating barangays may re-allocate their shares for additional benefits to Task Force Disiplina members such as life insurance, health benefits, stipends, rice allowances, operational allowances, and similar benefits.

The City Treasurer is responsible for earmarking the collections and must release the funds to the participating barangay personnel and/or private individuals on a quarterly basis.

The allocation for the Office of the City Mayor shall primarily be used for the feeding program and scholarship program of the City Government of Valenzuela.

The ordinance took effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
