The Amas National High School – Onica Annex in Barangay Onica, City of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato is separated from the Amas National High School and converted into an independent national high school known as Onica National High School.

All personnel of the Amas National High School – Onica Annex are transferred to and absorbed by Onica National High School.
All records are transferred to and absorbed by Onica National High School.
All assets and liabilities are transferred to and absorbed by Onica National High School.
The initial implementation shall be charged against the current year’s appropriations of the Amas National High School – Onica Annex.
Thereafter, the necessary sums for continuous operation and maintenance shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
It takes effect upon its approval.
