The Dangerous Drugs Board has officially added Sufentanil, Tilidine, TCP, PHP or PCPY, and PCE to the list of prohibited drugs, in compliance with international narcotics conventions and effective fifteen days after publication.

The text states that the DDB acted “by virtue of its powers under Section 36 (a) of R.A. 6425 as amended.”

It takes effect fifteen (15) days after the second publication of the regulation in a newspaper of general circulation.

It states that the DDB included the drugs after communications from the UN informed of decisions placing the drugs in Schedule I annexed to the conventions.
