LTFRB MEMORANDUM CIRCULAR NO. 94-007

: The main subject is the mandatory accident reporting requirements for operators of public land transportation services under the jurisdiction of the LTFRB.
: Each operator must keep a chronological record of all accidents related to their operations, including their nature, causes, consequences, and the measures taken to prevent recurrence.
: Detailed reports of all accidents must be submitted on or before the tenth of each month.
: Accidents resulting in death or physical injuries must be reported within 24 hours from their occurrence.
