Mandatory Provisions for Government Offices

  1. Health Program for Government Employees

    • Must include hospitalization services.
    • Annual mental and medical-physical examinations as mandated under Presidential Decree No. 1096.
  2. Adequate Office Ventilation and Lighting

    • Rooms without artificial ventilation must have window openings with at least 10% total free area relative to floor area.
    • Windows must open directly to a court, yard, public street, alley, or open water course.
    • Air space requirement is 12.00 cubic meters per person.
    • Artificial ventilation should achieve at least three air changes per hour.
    • Lighting levels must be 40 watts per square meter.
