Dress Code for Female Employees
- Required attire includes white blouse with CID logo, navy blue blazer, and skirt from Monday to Friday
- Wednesday as wash day with strict prohibition on tight jeans, slacks, pants, sleeveless or backless blouses
Uniform Compulsory Policy and Exemptions
- Uniforms mandatory for all employees except those exempted by the Commissioner
- Compulsory for Executive Officer, BSI members, Division or Section Chiefs
- Exemptions include pregnancy, mourning, Commissioner’s allowance, official sports participation, and justifiable reasons
Enforcement Procedures
- Division or Section Chiefs tasked with enforcing uniform rules
- Security Force responsible for checking employees and logging violations
- Weekly submission of violation reports to the Personnel Section every Friday afternoon
Penalties for Non-Compliance
- First two violations: stern warning by Chief of Division or Section
- Third violation: memorandum or reprimand added to employee's file
- Fourth violation: written explanation required to avoid administrative charges
- Fifth violation: forfeiture of clothing allowance, administrative penalties, and employee provides uniform at own expense
Administrative Responsibilities
- Technical Assistant for Administration oversees implementation
- Responsible for recommending disciplinary action to Commissioner in case of violations
