Prohibition Against Unauthorized Plate Attachment Methods

  • Motor vehicle owners or operators must not use any bolts, screws, or fasteners other than the Plate Locks supplied by the LTO.

  • Failure to use the specified Plate Locks or use of any other bolts/screws results in being penalized.
