Severability Clause

  • All laws, decrees, orders, rules or regulations inconsistent with this Act are repealed, amended, or modified accordingly.

Effectivity

  • The Act shall take effect fifteen (15) days after its publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
