Adjustments, funding source, and exclusions

  • Section 3 provides that the adjustments shall not apply to positions/persons covered by the Career Executive Service or equivalent.
  • Section 3 also provides that the adjustments shall not apply to incumbents of positions who are not licensed physicians.
  • Section 4 directs the Minister of the Budget to make necessary adjustments when problems arise in the supervisor-subordinate salary relationship due to the upgrading directed by the order.
  • Section 5 provides that implementation funds shall be drawn from salary lapses or other personal services savings of the agency concerned.
  • Section 5 further provides that any remaining deficiency shall be funded from the Salary Adjustment Fund provided in Batas Pambansa Blg. 131.

Implementing rules
