Implementing Rules and Regulations

  • The Secretary of Health must prepare the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) within ninety (90) days from the Act's effectivity.
  • Preparation involves consultation with the Provincial Government of Quezon and other stakeholders.
  • IRR implementation must be consistent with the hospital development plan.

Severability Clause

  • If any provision of the Act is declared unconstitutional, the remaining provisions will continue to be effective and enforceable.

Repealing Clause

Effectivity Clause

  • The Act will take effect fifteen (15) days after publication in the Official Gazette or a newspaper of general circulation.
