Location and Land Allocation

- Mandates networking and collaboration with other state colleges and universities.

Reporting Requirements
- The Board of Regents must report to the President, Congress, and CHED within six months after the law's effectivity.
- Report covers actions taken to implement the Act.
Appropriations and Funding
- Initial appropriation of Twenty million pesos (P20,000,000) from income of duty-free shops.
- Additional funds to be allocated through the annual General Appropriations Act for effective implementation.
Repealing Clause
- All laws, decrees, executive orders, or regulations inconsistent or contrary to this Act are repealed or modified accordingly.
Effectivity
- The Act takes effect upon approval by the President.
