Penalties for Violation

Violators of any provision of the Act face:
- A fine ranging from 100 to 500 pesos, or
- Imprisonment from 15 days to 3 months, or
- Both fine and imprisonment.
In the case of firms or corporations, criminal liability attaches to the manager, managing director, or person managing the business.

Effectivity of the Law

The Act takes effect three months after its approval date.
