  • Lunch time runs from 12:00 noon to 1:00 p.m.
  • TTC staff going out for lunch must punch out their time card before leaving for lunch.
  • TTC staff must punch in upon return after lunch.
  • Punching out before 12:00 noon and punching in after 1:00 p.m. constitutes utndertime for the purposes of compliance with the policy.

Authorized breaks and locator board entries

  • Staff are allowed to leave their work stations only during designated break times.
  • Designated break times must be agreed upon by the staff and their respective supervisors.
  • Staff who take these designated breaks must properly fill in the locator board.

Entry and exit door use

  • All staff must use only the front door of the TTC building for entrance and exit.
  • The back door must be used only in accepting deliveries of supplies and other equipment.

Administrative enforcement and penalties

  • Violations of the above policies must be dealt with in accordance with the schedule of penalties for administrative offenses newly implemented by the Civil Service Commission.
  • Violations are also enforced in accordance with existing rules of the University.
  • The memorandum requires strict compliance with these rules.
