Required Markings on Official Mail Envelopes

Implementation and Penal Provisions

  • The Secretary of Transportation and Communications is mandated to promulgate implementing rules and regulations within thirty (30) days from the publication of the Executive Order.
  • Unauthorized or private use of the franking privilege is punishable by a fine of five hundred pesos, imprisonment for up to three years, or both.

Effectivity
