Administrative Supervision and Authority of DPWH

  • All previous orders, rules, regulations, and issuances or parts thereof inconsistent with this Executive Order are repealed or modified accordingly.

Separability Clause

  • If any provision of this Executive Order is declared invalid or unconstitutional, other provisions not affected remain valid and enforceable.

Effectivity of the Executive Order

  • The Order takes effect immediately upon publication in a newspaper of general circulation.
