Separation and conversion into a new school
- Section 1 separates the Camarines Sur National High School – Tinago Annex in the City of Naga, Province of Camarines Sur from the Camarines Sur National High School.
- Section 1 converts the separated annex into an independent national high school.
- The independent school is to be known as Tinago National High School.
- The conversion establishes the Tinago campus as a stand-alone national high school distinct from the Camarines Sur National High School.
Transfer and absorption of personnel and records
- Section 2 transfers all personnel, assets, liabilities, and records of the Camarines Sur National High School – Tinago Annex.
- Section 2 provides that the Tinago Annex personnel, assets, liabilities, and records are absorbed by Tinago National High School.
Funding, appropriations, and program inclusion
- Section 3 directs the Secretary of Education to immediately include the operationalization of Tinago National High School in the Department’s program.
- Section 3 requires the initial funding to be charged against the current year’s appropriations of the Camarines Sur National High School – Tinago Annex.
- Section 3 mandates that the amount necessary for the continued operation of the school be included in the annual General Appropriations Act.
Implementation rules and regulations
- Section 4 requires the Secretary of Education to issue rules and regulations necessary to carry out the purpose of Republic Act No. 10305.
